These beautiful handwoven baskets are made by the semi-nomadic people of the Nukak Amazonia using know-how that has been passed on from generation to generation. They were traditionally used to carry food and their personal belongings during their travels. 

Made with the strong liana vine which grows in the rain forest, the makers only take what they need from nature to craft these exquisite baskets.
